Jardine Enterprises Cribs Recall A Wake-Up Call For Parents With Babies
The recent Jardine Enterprises Cribs recall is a blow for parents who have fallen in love with this budget baby furniture range.
A recall is always a frightening thing, reminding us of just how vulnerable babies are. Luckily this Jardine Crib recall came before any fatal injuries occurred.
According to a report in Associated Press the voluntary Jardine Enterprises Cribs recall has been announced in a press release by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission.
In certain models, some of the wooden slats or spindles can break. This results in a gap that could in effect trap a baby’s head. Apparently 42 such incidents have been reported, with slight injuries to four babies. A wide-spread Jardine Crib recall was inevitable.
